Legal basis
The processing of this data is based on the broker’s legitimate interest in responding to requests addressed to them, as well as, where relevant, on the pre-contractual steps necessary to prepare a first advisory meeting.
Retention period
Data submitted through the contact form is kept for three years from the last contact, in the absence of any subsequent contractual relationship. Where a policy is taken out, data is kept in accordance with the legal obligations applicable to the insurance sector, in particular those relating to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.
Recipients of the data
Data is not passed to any third party for commercial purposes. It may be shared with partner insurance companies solely in connection with the implementation of a policy actually taken out, and with the client’s explicit agreement.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. These rights can be exercised by writing to info@aurels.lu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD) of Luxembourg.
