How the first conversation works
This first conversation, about twenty minutes long, is a chance to understand your wealth situation, your objectives and your constraints. We set out the architectures available in Luxembourg life insurance, along with the concrete steps for putting one in place. No documents are required at this stage: a general idea of the amount you have in mind is enough.
At the end of the meeting, you receive a written summary and an indicative timetable, with no obligation to proceed.
Every request receives a reply within 24 working hours. The conversation takes place under the same confidentiality as the rest of the relationship with the Firm.
This first conversation replaces neither the full collection of requirements and needs, nor the analysis of your situation, nor the applicable compliance checks. Any personalised recommendation requires a complete process, carried out within the regulatory framework in force.
The method, in four steps
Scope
A first conversation helps establish the nature of the project, the countries involved, and any deadlines already known.
Map
The relevant parameters are identified: objectives, constraints, taxation to be confirmed, risk tolerance, currency, management style.
Structure
The options are compared on a documented basis, together with the authorised parties involved: the company, the depositary bank, the manager, tax counsel if needed.
Follow up
Decisions, documents and review deadlines are organised so the structure stays clear over time.
