A verifiable partner, not another promise
For wealth managers, family offices, private banks and tax lawyers directing their clients towards a Luxembourg policy.
Why recommend us
Seventeen years of experience in actuarial science and fund management, a CAA licence verifiable on the official register, a methodology for selecting partner companies made public rather than merely asserted.
How we work together
| Your role | Our contribution | What we agree together |

| Family office | Review of the wrapper, insurer/depositary coordination, documentation | Governance, access to information, reporting and non-solicitation |
| Wealth adviser | Analysis of Luxembourg options and the subscription process | Division of tasks, client information, remuneration and compliance |
| Lawyer / tax adviser | Coordination with the policy and the constraints identified | Legal/tax scope, confidentiality, timetable for opinions |
| Private bank / asset manager | Alignment with management and assets | Management, depositary, operational terms, risks and documents |
Confidentiality and non-solicitation
A client referred by a partner remains, in the relationship as perceived, the partner’s client. No attempt is made to capture the client directly, a commitment we put in writing rather than leave implied.
On request, we send you a draft confidentiality and non-solicitation agreement before any exchange of sensitive information. This agreement sets out the protection of information, permitted uses, duration, the rules for contacting the client and the responsibilities of each party.
Documentation

Structure
The full collection of requirements and needs, client due diligence, the source of funds and the applicable regulatory documentation.
Follow up

Frequently asked questions
Do you deal directly with my client?
The terms of communication and involvement are defined with the partner and the client, in line with each party’s responsibilities and the applicable regulation.
Is the confidentiality agreement automatic?
No. A draft agreement can be sent on request and must be accepted under the procedures of the parties concerned.
Can you validate a tax or estate structuring?
We coordinate matters relating to the insurance wrapper. Tax, civil and legal analyses are the responsibility of the competent advisers instructed for that purpose.
